Pastor Mike serves as lead pastor, and is responsible for leading the congregation in accomplishing the Mission of the Church. His passion and desire is to see people come to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. He and his family enjoy cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles, and are so happy they won the Super Bowl in 2018. He also enjoys a good meal at his favorite restaurant (The Cheesecake Factory).
Ryan is a graduate of Westminster Choir College, he also sings with one of the world’s leading contemporary music choirs, The Crossing, teaches voice and piano, and is accompanist and music director for various school systems and theaters in the Bucks County Area. As Emilie’s Director of Music and Worship for 24 years, Ryan Fleming serves as organist, director and accompanist of all choirs, and leads The Praise Band. A church organist since the age of 16, Ryan considers his work as a church musician his life’s calling.
Ann’s immediate family includes her husband, Todd and their daughter Lydia. Ann is the Director of Congregational Life here at Emilie UMC and enjoys working with children, youth, and families. She is passionate about sharing the stories of the Bible and loves to see others enjoying God’s Word and fellowshipping with one another as they grow in a relationship with Jesus. Ann loves reading, crafting, Dr. Pepper, and cats.
Sally is married and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. As Visitation Minister, she feels honored and blessed to be able to reach out to the sick and shut-ins; encouraging them to keep faith and hope during their time of need; giving them the assurance that God is with us through all things. She loves spending time with her grandchildren and walking in the park (when the weather permits).
Cindy and her husband Chris have been married for 20 years and have two sons, Matthew and Nathan. As the Business Manager, Cindy is responsible for recording and reporting on the financials of the church, as well as being a welcoming presence in the office during her office hours. Cindy has been a member of Emilie since her youth and considers the congregation of Emilie an extended family, her desire is to see the family of Emilie continue to grow and support one another in faith. She loves arts & crafts, photography, watching cooking shows, the beach and finding amazing new places to eat.
Jessica joined the staff in 2019. She and her husband, Timothy, have four children. They enjoy watching their children Maxwell, Mason, Emerson and Kensington as they grow in life and in different sports. Most weeks and weekends throughout the year they are cheering on their children in football, wrestling, Special Olympics and dance. As the office assistant, Jessica is one of the first voices you will reach on the phones. She is responsible for assisting the staff, guests, volunteers and congregants with care and discretion, updating church records, coordinating activities and volunteers throughout the year, and keeping the congregation informed with weekly updates in the Prayer Warrior email. She loves a good Christian romance novel, and has read over 100 books in the past year. Jessica is one of 13 children and enjoys traveling all over the United Stated to stay in touch with each one of her siblings.
Jennifer spends most of her time with her two loving children, Devon and Anthony as well as her husband Bryant. Jennifer finished her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University majoring in Elementary and Special Education. During her almost fifteen years of experience, Jennifer also obtained her PA Keys Directors’ Credential to continue to provide high quality care to those she serves. It is Jennifer’s goal to continue to implement Emilie’s mission for the school “to help children to learn to love God and each other, to grow into caring, responsible citizens, and to become the best people they can be”. Jennifer enjoys warm days outside and day trips to the beach. She also loves a good cup of coffee on the run!
