Pastor Mike serves as lead pastor, and is responsible for leading the congregation in accomplishing the Mission of the Church.  His passion and desire is to see people come to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.  He and his family enjoy cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles, and hope they will win a Super Bowl in his life time.  He also enjoys a good meal at his favorite restaurant (The Cheesecake Factory).

Ryan is a graduate of Westminster Choir College, he also sings with one of the world’s leading contemporary music choirs, The Crossing, teaches voice and piano, and is accompanist and music director for various school systems and theaters in the Bucks County Area.  As Emilie’s Director of Music and Worship for 20 years, Ryan Fleming serves as organist, director and accompanist of all choirs, and leads The Praise Band.  A church organist since the age of 16, Ryan considers his work as a church musician his life’s calling.

Ann’s immediate family includes her husband, Todd and their daughter Lydia. Ann is the Director of Congregational Life here at Emilie UMC and enjoys working with children, youth, and families. She is passionate about sharing the stories of the Bible and loves to see others enjoying God’s Word and fellowshipping with one another as they grow in a relationship with Jesus. Ann loves reading, crafting, Dr. Pepper, and cats.

Sally is married and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. As Visitation Minister, she feels honored and blessed to be able to reach out to the sick and shut-ins; encouraging them to keep faith and hope during their time of need; giving them the assurance that God is with us through all things. She loves spending time with her grandchildren and walking in the park (when the weather permits).

Sandy is married to Chris and they have two young teens, Cole and Samantha.  Sandy is the Office Manager at Emilie UMC and is responsible for making the weekly worship bulletin, and handles the church office duties in the afternoons.  Her hopes are to continue to watch our church grow and to be a part of bringing more people to know Christ and our church family.  She loves training and working with dogs, and has three of her own, and has a black belt in karate.

Cindy and her husband Chris have been married for 16 years and have two teenage sons, Matthew and Nathan. As the Business Manager, Cindy is responsible for recording and reporting on the financials of the church, as well as being a welcoming presence in the office during her office hours. Cindy has been a member of Emilie since her youth and considers the congregation of Emilie an extended family, her desire is to see the family of Emilie continue to grow and support one another in faith. She loves arts & crafts, photography and watching cooking shows.

Alison is married to Robert and has two amazing daughters, Caitlin and Emily.  As Director, she gets to use her talents to help the ministry of the Day School grow, enabling the children to begin their journey in faith and early education, support the extraordinary staff and families in many ways.  She is mindful that every encounter with a child, teacher or parent is an opportunity to change a life and hopes to make a difference in that encounter. Alison is an avid reader, loves to sing and bake and see musical theater shows, although not all at once!
