EMILIE UMC Youth Group

is committed to working with youth from grades 6^th – 12^th.  Emilie UMC Youth Group is an outreach of EMILIE Church and supports the mission by bringing youth To Christ, growing youth In Christ, and serving others For Christ.

Our mission is to: Teach youth to be Christian in an ever-changing world.

This mission statement guides all activities for youth leaders and youth events/activities.  The youth leaders are committed to the following leadership behaviors:  leading by example, flexibility, enthusiastic, empowering, faithful, and an off-the-fence philosophy.

Youth group is a time for fellowship, growing, discussions around pertinent youth issues, and a safe place for youth to be themselves. 

Faithful Loving Youth, FLY, is for 6^th – 8^th grades

and

Christians Reaching Others With the Good News, CROWN,

is for 9^th –12^th grades.

Youth group is from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm each Sunday and usually meets in either the Chapel or the Church.  Watch for details in the bulletin for times and locations.
